Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we message you on WhatsApp or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraud or abuse of cash on delivery.

Pricing

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and shown on the site. We try to keep everything accurate, but if a clear pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you before charging or dispatching, and you can confirm or cancel.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it’s dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once it’s with the courier, our returns policy applies instead.

Product and results

Nafeesa Plus Organic Onion Hair Oil is a cosmetic product for external use. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistent use. Always patch-test before first use and stop if irritation occurs.

Liability

We stand behind the quality of our product. Beyond replacing a faulty or damaged item as described in our returns policy, we can’t accept liability for outcomes that fall outside normal, intended use.
